The studios reached a final agreement some time yesterday and it looks like watchmen will see its March release date. This new publicity surrounding the rights will probably help the tickets sales and the film looks to be the first big release of the year. The agreement that was reached involved Fox handing over all the rights for an undisclosed amount plus a portion of the Box Office. Time will tell if Warner Bros’ will make as much money as they hoped with the film and making any money for Fox right now is good after the terrible year of flops they had, including Meet Dave, The Rocker, Babylon A.D, The Happening, City Of Ember, X-Files 2 and Australia to name a few. Warner Bros on the other hand had Sex In The City, Harold And Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay, Get Smart, Journey To The Center Of The Earth, The Dark Knight and Yes Man I'm not even going to bother comparing, although The Rocker was pretty funny.
