George Romero’s 1973 film “the Crazies” is the latest horror film to be put on the remake line; it’s been in development for quite some time but now has a few cast members. To be Directed by Breck Eisner (Sahara) this remake is said to only take some elements from the original, Timothy Olyphant (or as Kevin Smith calls him ‘Olyphantastic’) will now be joined by Radha Mitchell as a sheriff and wife combination who must face a small town of people who’ve become ‘crazy’ after contamination from biological weapons.
